  1. Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a formal educational program or recent graduates.

  2. Age: 14 to 18 years old.

  3. Commitment: Willing to dedicate a minimum of 2 hours per week for mentorship activities.

  4. Open-mindedness: Demonstrates openness to new ideas, perspectives, and learning experiences.

  5. Communication Skills: Capable of effective communication and willingness to actively engage in mentorship discussions.

  6. Respectful Attitude: Shows respect towards mentors and fellow mentees, fostering a positive and collaborative mentorship environment.

  7. Goal-Oriented: Possesses clear goals or objectives for seeking mentorship and is committed to personal and professional growth.

  8. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different mentorship styles and willingness to embrace constructive feedback.
